How long the PERM processing time takes ? the DOL website and google says as of Dec 2023 the normal processing time is 346 days , is it same each individual cases ? or DOL published the data based on the earliest applications filing date that are pending currently ? as of today my reference with DOL site 1 application is pending for processing from Jan 2023, but the appliction filed after jan 2023 also processd , it seem till june (based on the count I persume) , I am bit confused how the processing time is being calculated .
can any one enlighten me ?
