Hi my perm was applied on oct 2021. It is still in process no RFE nor under audit. Is there anything we can do to move it ? Considering it is under process for more than 15 months is there a chance for approval? Because if it’s get denied I don’t have enough time on my h1b to apply again.
Did you follow-up with your employer and their immigration lawyer. They will need to follow-up with DOL.
