I am currently employed on a H1b visa which gets maced out in 60 days.
I got an email from my organization that they will start my GC process now.
Note: I will be working in India after maxing out
Question 1: Can my employer file for my PERM without me being physically present in United States?
Question 2: Will I be able to extend my H1b after my labor gets approved? (From india)
Or will I have to file for a fresh H1.
Any other option/suggestions that you can provide.
