As per the PERM the education requirement is Associate Degree and 24 months experience. I have 3 years Bachelor of Science (non it) degree from India and my USA education equivalency is Bachelors Degree in computer science considering my work experience. So my question is will I be eligible for this position? Should I submit my Bachelors degree equivalency and the work experience letters or get a new education evaluation report which will be Associate degree then submit it along with the work experience letters.
