I have joined a firm which is allowing permanent work from home option. I have H1B visa and firm is willing to raise GC.
Is there any issue which may pop up while going through PERM, I140 processes being my work location is home address and not an office address?
No issues at all as long as the work location ( home or office whichever you work from) is mentioned in the H1B LCA. If the LCA has different location than you work from but both locations are in same MSA, there is no need for new LCA and H1B amendment.
PERM/GC is a future job and the work location can be same or different from the one in the PERM.
