Pay Stub necessary for OPT to H1B filing

Dear Saurabh,

I am working for for a consulting company and I am on my OPT. I am getting ready for my H1B filing for FY 2014.I have a question.I hope you will help me.

  1. To apply from OPT to H1B do I have to submit my recent pay stubs ? if so how many

pay stub will be sufficient.

You will have to submit 3-4 most recent payslips. So if you are paid bi-monthly and H-1 is applied in April, you will have to submit payslips from Feb and Mar. If last payslip for March cannot be submitted (due to timing issue) then you can submit Jan payslips.
