if i donot have paystubs for 10 days , is it going to be issue for H1B transfer ? my pay cycle is from 01 to 31 . if i will go in leave on 11th and will resign from india depending on my family conditions . then the employer might not give salary slip for these 11 days , then is it going to be problem ,if i will try for H1B transfer after 1 or 2 year through another company and will i be cap-exempt (as i just consumed 3 months ).
can i come to USA again after 2 years using this petition ? or if i will stay more than 1 year outside USA , i need to go through lottery again ?
