I am currently working on an H4- EAD visa (valid until 2021). I am reading a lot of news lately that the future for the H4 EAD visa is unclear. I have a few clarifying questions that someone may be able to address:
I earlier had H1-B visa that was approved in Feb 2012 . I used this visa for a job from March 2013 - November 2016 in USA.My H1-B was not cancelled
Do I have to go through H1-B lottery if a company is willing to sponsor my H1-B visa? I would love to get your opinion on my options
