Could someone please provide a sample passport pickup authorization letter? My passport is ready for pick up but I wont be able to pick up.
There is no format. You simply address To whom-so-ever it may concern and then state your name and say you designate the authorized person (name, address) to pick up your passport and sign the letter.
The person who will pickup will need to provide his/her government ID at the pickup center.
