I will be going to India next month and this time I have to schedule my H1B visa interview. I also want to book visa interview for my parents’ visitor visa on the same day. Do we (I and my parents) get to interview together or it will be separate interviews?
You cannot go together. You may end up getting same day/time slots but you will have to go interview window separately from your parents.
