Paid combined fee for my H1 and two dependent H4 in one transaction via IMPS

I have paid combined fee for my H1 and two dependent H4 in one transaction. When I login to the site to schedule appointment, it is asking for 3 receipt numbers.Can I Pay fees for 3 applicants in a single transaction via IMPS ?Can I put same receipt number in all three fields?Also can anybody please tell me how much time does it take to get email after paying fee by IMPS (Kotak)?Thanks
