I joined a consultant for OPT for one year he got me ajob on his client site for 3 month and for last 1month Iam on bench for 1month without any work and pay. Will this period of one month on bench with consultant without work and pay will be counted as no employment perod toward limit of 90 days unemployment period for OPT or employmentt period as i have joined with consultat for one year OPT for fiding me a job. Please reply
Yes, it will be counted towards that 90 day unemployment priod.
