I have recent grad applied for OPT but got and RFE the USCIS has asked for documents from school and my employment letters, W2 and paystubs. In addition they also asked for list of addresses that I have stayed during my masters. During my CPT I worked more than 20 hours a week and this reflects on the Paystubs. Will this have an effect on my chances getting OPT? Will USCIS deny my OPT or reduce the hours over worked and allow remaining hours worked.
