I have applied my OPT Extension, but its pending from 90 days and My previous employer had applied for H1 even thats is pending from May 29th till date,
Could you please suggest what i should be doing? Am working on pending OPT status , Please let me know
Contact USCIS about both through phone. They will answer about your petition status.
In case of H1, you may consider moving your petition to premium processing, by doing so you will get your H1 peetition result by 15 days.
As you can continue working till you hear the result of your OPT extension petition, I don’t think you shouldl be worried at all. Just contact USCIS through phone about your petition on a regular basis to get updates.
