My OPT will expires within 15 days this month. My husband is my dependant.
My H1b is in process , I do not get job but my consulting company had file H1 for me.
I have applied extension for OPT in my DSO on basis of H1 Reciept , it is still in process.
I am still searching job.
Now my question is what are the possible options for me if my H1 denies?
How many days I have left after it denies and what I can do between those days?
