My OPT (17th months extension) ends on June 8th 2014 i applied for a couple of univ’s and waiting for their letter. Should i join the univ by the end date or can i join in Fall(Aug 24th) even when i transfer my sevis by in time. will the cap gap of 60 days can be used here?
