I had initially filed the Form I-539
From H-4 to F-1 dated: 12/18/2014
RFE Notice Date : November 03, 2015
Due to Respond : December 06, 2015
Date Responded : November 21, 2015
Denied Date : December 30, 2015 (H-4 validity Sep 30th 2017)
That has since been denied on the basis of “Non-receipt of documents “under a Request of Further Evidence notice, though the same was sent well within the stipulated time.
I have submitted the Form I-290 B in support of the Motion to Re-open the case by providing all requisite documents and evidence and have received a receipt notice and dated 01/14/2016.
My Course completed Date : December 16th 2015
My Graduation Date : February 7th 2016
Am I eligible for OPT once my petition got approved? If not what will be the status after F1 approval (F1 or H4). Is it again required to change of status from F1 to H4.
I will be extremely grateful if you provide me your valuable recommendations. Please help me in the process.
