I have got by H1B stamped from the current employer. Now I have got good offers some different employers can I move to this new employer even with traveling to US after stamping. Is this advisable ?? Pls suggest…
Yes, this is possible. Another employer can file a cap-exempt petition for you even when you have not traveled to US yet through the old employer.
