Our Consultant is on H1 and is on bench since april month. His LCA was filed at his home location as Remote project. If visa officer visits his home address for any kind of enquiry, how to handle the situation. Please advise.

Bench concept is not legal unless your are generating payroll and the benched person is paid regularly as per the LCA wages in which case you can show the employee on paid leaves. If the person is unpaid, the employer is in violation of H1B regulations.
Consult a lawyer for sure.
