Old Passport number in Portal

Hello

My Passport expires in December 2024 so I applied for renewal and now I have got a new passport.

My H1b Visa just got approved and I am planning to go to India in November 2024 for Visa Stamping. In the US Visa Scheduling portal, It is showing me an old passport number and I am not able to change it.

  1. Do I need to change it before scheduling an appointment?
  2. If Yes, How do I do it?
  3. or I can send both Passports and they will stamp on the new one?
