Old address on passport. Impact on H1B?

Hi,

Due to some reason my address has got changed and now I am not staying at the address mentioned on my Passport. My employer has filed for H1B. Will it affect my case?

Please let me know if I need to issue new passport before my visa stamping with updated address.

Ideally there should not be any problem as I had the same case and my employer and also colleagues suggested that it never affects.
