I have received approval of my H1B visa starting in October this year. Apart from the fulltime job which I was granted a visa for I would like to help grow my friend’s business on the weekends or after work hours. He is willing to split profits of the company with me. I understand there is a possibility of having a second concurrent H1B by filing another H1B petition. I wanted to know if this could be filed anytime or would it be not be possible now since the process is over for 2014. It might help others if you posted more information on this subject.
