Is there anyone who has not received case number for H1B(New) which was filed in this year(june 2021). My employeer filed my H1B petition on 31st june 2021but they are saying that they have yet not received H1B petition receipt .Is it possible or it will a fraud??Could someone please help me understanding timelines for the same.
It is highly unlikely to not receive the receipt for a case filed almost 45 days back.
Ask your employer/lawyer to share the tracking # so that you can open a case with USCIS to inquire further.
Thanks for your reply. Already asked for tracking# but they are asking me to wait hence worried 
Ok then I guess you are left with no option other than waiting to hear back from your employer.
