Not getting dropbox option even though I qualify

I need to renew B1/B2 visa expired in 2020. However the cgi website is not giving a dropbox option.

  • previous visa is also b1/b2
  • issued in India
  • after Jan 2008 (issued in 2010)
  • after 14 birthday (15 years)
  • no annotation

Have I made a mistake in the application ?

Hello @dhruv_gupta ,
I faced a similar issue today. Eventhough my visa expired only 3 days ago 8/25/2022, and I have an extension approved for the next 3 years, and even though I was told I have an Interview Waiver, I still was asked to book 2 appointments: OFC and Consular, suggesting that I am not given the Drop box option.
Pls let me know how did you resolve your situation.
