I have not been to India since 2011. I wanted to visit in 2019 but the US Consulates closed so could not go for Stamping. My earlier H1B visa stamping expired in 2013. I have a new I797 from my new employer expiring in 2023 and I wanted to go for stamping. Will I be eligible for dropbox in India or do I have to wait till the US embassy in india opens for regular processing of non-immigrants visa. Please Let me know.
