I am on L1B.
My visa and i-94 expires on 19th Jan 2014.
My company has already submitted my extension. Last week I got RFE checked USCIS Site.
But I dont want my employer to reply to RFE, as I wanna go back.
How long possibly I can stay in US without replying to RFE after my visa and i-94 are expired, need to train a person for one week.
