Not able to decide about H1 Transfer

Hi All,

As I have no idea about the H1 Transfer and its consequences I am posting this question.

I am having a H1 visa from Oct 2013 to Sep 2016. I havent got any oppurtinity from my current company yet.

I got a call from another company who want to utilise my Visa. They have told to make a H1 Transfer.

Should I consider the proposal. What information I should keep in mind before resigning my current company and what effect it could do to my Visa?

U can go ahead… They will Transfer or file a Cap-Exempt Visa…

U will be Cap-Exempt even if ur present company withdraws the petition after ur Resignation…

U dont need to worry, better go for Transfer or Cap-Exemption in Premium Processing for a Quick Turnaround
