I applying for B1 Visa and filled DS-160 and submitted already. Now I trying to create User in https://cgifederal.secure.force.com to pay Visa fee, Although i have provided correct details in First name , Last name i am getting below errors.
- Your request cannot be processed at this time. The site administrator has been alerted.
- User could not be created. Please ensure First Name and Last Name are entered as they are in your passport.
Could anyone please help how to resolve this.
