An F1 Visa holder currently on non-STEM OPT for a year that is expiring in July 2020 - can the stay be extended beyond 60 days after expiry of OPT under current Covid-19 conditions?
No, he needs to apply for B2 extension to stay beyond that time…At this point, there are no relaxation of rules.
