I am on H4 Visa, I have 2 1/2 year of foriegn work experience in Vendore Business Management. I dont have any IT background. Please, advise on some reliable non-IT consultancies (maybe you could give me their contacts) who can help me find a job and make a transfer of H4 to H1B.
