My husband got his fresh h1b approved after lottery selection on 1st week of January and he started working after that. Suddenly he gets NOIR on that petition. His emoloyer is responding but can he go for transfer now as he got another offer from another company? What if his visa gets revoked, can he go for transfer then? Will he be cap exempt?
