No update on H1B filed in 2018

I applied new h1b in 2018. Got RFE in August, 2018, responded in October, 2018. Since there is no updates from USCIS. Its on regular processing. I subscribed to inactivity notification in myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov site. I keep on getting emails for inactivity every two weeks. Every time it says as below. My employer and attorney said, they have not received any notification from USCIS regarding the action taken on Feb, 12 as mentioned in the alert.

"We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on February 12, 2019."

I am getting email from uscis saying action was taken on 12 Feb, but no one received any mail from USCIS. what could be action or the alerts are hoax?
