My visa expired 2 years ago and I made a mistake by answering “yes” in the question
“Is the visa you are renewing expired within 12 months?” I said yes
So I guess that’s the reason why they ask me to send the passport and supporting documents without asking to schedule and interview in person
What should I do? Please help
