No Client letter, Have Purchase Order and MSA

Hi All,

This is my First H1 application and i am applying from Inda. I need a clarification regarding visa documentation.

I don’t have a client letter, but i do have a Purchase order (PO) from client with details of my Name, role and Start Date along with Master Services Agreement(MSA) letter between client and Employer.

Will it be fine without having client letter when i go for stamping ? Please let me know.

Yes, it should be fine. If asked, you can tell VO that the client issued these documents in lieu of the client letter. Your client refused to issue the letter, correct?

thanks for your response saurabh. Yes client refused to issue the letter and gave the PO an MSA
