This is for a friend.
He had stamped Visa till March 2022(Passport expiry) & his extension was filed in Sep 2021 which got approved till Jan 2024 on same passport. He renewed his passport in Dec 2022 as it was expiring soon and switched job in Jul 2022 with new passport in I-797 and it got approved till 2025 but question is do he need to update I94 of the old passport with new one. As it’s I94 document number is same in new I797. Will it create any issues while going for stamping.
