My L1 extension got rejected on 14 Feb - 2012. I have returned to India after spending 3 years and 5 months in USA on L1. Now my company wants to apply a new L1 petition. Say they will apply the same on 14-OCT-2012 on premium. Now my question is if the L1 petition gets approved will I get 3 years or it will be less.
