I have filed ,my H1 visa on regular processing when I was in India, and i travelled to USA on H4 visa. Upon reaching USA, i filed for H4 to H1 on premium processing. I got my H1 approval, but i didnt received my latest I-94. INstead the consulate at India was notified regarding my visa approval. So I applied for new I-94 again and now i got a new receipt number for that and when i checked the status of that online, it is showing as 'Initial Review". Can you please let me know the procesisng time for this case - H1 approved and application filed to send the latest I-94 with the approved dates.
