I have approved h4-f1 COS and am in India for F1 stamping. The new i-20 sent by the school has the same start date (Aug 2013) as last years. I heard that the VO confirms with the start date on ur i-20, mine reads 2013 for an Aug 2014 visa appointment. Would that be an issue? Please advice.
