New H4 EAD rule , What happens if H1 holder changes employee

Hi

I’m currently on H1 (valid till 2017)and my spouse on H4.

I have my i-140 approved (priority date june 2014) ,so its a long wait.

with new H4 EAD rule, my spouse can apply ofr EAD ,as i have approved I-140.

if i change my employer ,My current I-140 becomes invalid right? what happen to my spouse h4 EAD status?

is there any clarification on that in the rule?

If your current employer withdraws I140, then yes your wife will not be able to have H4 EAD. But if your current employed keeps your I140 until you get a new I140 from new employer you will not have impact.
