New H1B with the existing H1B - Have questions

Hi,

Currenlty I am with Employer A in L1 Visa. Emp B applied H1B and got approved.

When I given my papers, Employer A matched the offer and wanted me to stay back. But my L1 is coming for renewal in Apr-2013. I have few questions on this one:

  1. I am sure EMP B will cancel my H1B since I am not joining with them. In this case, can I apply fresh H1B in 2013 quota with current Employer A?
