Hi Kumar, I have an approved H1B from last year from an consultancy. I am yet to get it stamped not sure when they’ll initiate it. My current company is collecting details for this year’s H1B nomination. If they nominate for me will there be any issues since I already have an approved one? Looking for your suggestion.
Your current employer can simply file a cap-exempt (no need for applying under lottery) H1B based on already approved H1B.
