There is a news which is spread all over that the H1B stamping interview process has been changed in a way that there will be two interviews unlike current process which has only one round and this is the reason they have put the stamping on halt across all consulates of India till sep 26th. How much reliable this info is as my close friend’s interview is pending. This news is across USA.
