I have my current visa expiring with Company A in May 2025 and I have my new i797 approval letter, all necessary documents from Company B where I shifted to couple of months ago and currently working there.
I intend to travel to India in December 2024.
My question is can i get my new H1B stamped with Company B in Dec '24 even though I have a valid visa with Company A till May 2025?
Yes you can apply for H1B visa while one is still valid. If approved the valid visa will be CWP.
