New H1B resume comparsion with previously denied h1b resume

Hi ,

My wife filed h1b in last year cap count with employer A but it got denied due to speciality occupation.now she is going to apply this year with employer B with new resume.There is a differnece in the experience mentioned in the new resume compared to the old resume. Wil this be a problem ? Can USICS compare the new resume with previously filed document.

I don’t think they compare the current and previous resumes. Just make sure the information mentioned in the resume is accurate or atleast you can prove that it is accurate. There might be a question during the visa interview about the previously denied visa and in that the VO needs to be given an honest reasoning about that denial. But chances of that are very slim.

Just don’ tailor the resume for approval sake. Make sure it contains only correct information.
