Currently , i am on L2 -EAD visa & i am working for one of the employer and now my employer has agreed to file my new H1B application in April 2013 but at the same time i have to apply for the change of status to H4 during second week of april as my husband is moving to his H1B . So , can multiple pettition be filed at the smae time? And will it affect my H1B application?
