My employer filed Under Premium Processing (Masters category) and the staus still in “Acceptance Stage”
I have receipt number with me ( Receipt Number WAC , Date Received, Petitioner )
I am worried about my case now. Can anyone Please comment on this now ?

what kind of a university did you graduate from?
I believe your employer can contact USCIS to get some info on your case.

Its been two months and my lawyer says my petition was returned …they say some cheque out of bound issue and 18 cases has been returnwd … has this happened before ?
Nope not that im aware of such scenorio. You need go by the Attorney’s word

its so weird that my lawyer says 18 cases similiar to mine has been returned. I graduated from USC (ranked top ten) I have asked two of my team mates who have filed and got their approval documents. I dont even understand why case was returned. How come i have receipt from USCIS and my packets have been returned ?There is nothing wrong in my profile. Even through consulatany people get H1 approval.
Your’s is a Private not-for-profit college, so you are good on the masters quota part.
If you received a receipt number then your petition got picked in the lottery (or cap) and since its a premium processing you should get a decision in about 15 days. They might have sent a RFE or NOID on your case and you will have 33 days to answer it at the least. Check with your attorney and ask them to send you a copy of what they received from USCIS.
Are you sure that receipt number belongs to your case. Your employer/attorney might have given you someone else number by mistake.

Beneficiary (My first name Last Name )
DOB: (my date of birth )
Classification sought : H1 B
I am suspecting that my case could have gone for RFE or NOID and they didnt follow up. Also the lawyer who filed case has left the company and they might have screwed it up. The reason the assistant says now is check is out of bound (which i could not understand ) and 18 similiar cases has been returned.
whether i should have followed it up my lawyer immediately after 15 days of premium processing ? Mine was premium. That follow up could have saved me ?I am going late now and asking them.
Ask them to clarify what does check is out of bound means. if there is something wrong with the check USCIS will ask for another check I believe (not sure on this). By the way what’s your employer saying?
@hc86 They dont say anything clearly. When asked about more details the reply is “I am not a lawyer and i cannot comment on that”.When i ask them a letter from USCIS, the answer is It’s a company property.I can guarantee my records are clean. I see people even in consultancy gettting approved. If have gotten a rfe and lawyer has responded within a certain time frame then my petition will be denied ?
