Hi,I want to transfer through cos from L1 to h4 . My i94 has already expired on March 2016 and my visa transfer from L1B to L1A got rejected on last week of may 2016. my husband has valid h1 for 1 more year valid till 2017 and we do not have his salary slip yet as he started working recently. we will get his salary slip on June second week. Can I apply for L1 to H4 COS through I539 form from here(US) now or I need to go back to India and apply h4 from there? What are my options? Please advice.Thanks in advance!
