My wife want to study in usa and me planning to apply as a dependent how can we manage that we are not potential immigrants, we are planning to book the slot for f1 and f2 visa in august 2014, reecently i selected h1b lottery scheme(2014) but my application is under process, is there any effect for h1 visa. Is it good for applying f1 and f2 visa tthis time. please suggest me, reply asap.
