Need help with B2 visa

Hello,

I need help with filing b2 visa for my parents and have few questions if some one could help will be thankful:

  1. Parents are retired and don’t have any property to show - what to do in this case?

  2. I work for a client through my employer - would that be a problem?

  3. my parents visa was rejected twice before with a 214b - so this time they are showing ties but no property.

Kindly help with these above questions asap.
