I got rejected twice. One B1 rejected 6yrs back and now L1B blanket got rejected few days back.
now what are my chances for h1b. If my company is not applying for me, I am planning to go by finding some sponsor.
please advice.
Your past rejections shouldn’t impact your H-1 as they weren’t due to submission of false documents or information.
